11How SOLARA Works
Four steps. One accountable team.
From the first survey to year twenty-five, the people who design your system are the people who answer for it.
01
Assess
Understand your energy needs.
We analyse twelve months of consumption, roof geometry, shading and your tariff before proposing anything.

02
Design
Design the right system.
Panel layout, inverter sizing and storage capacity are modelled against your load curve — not a rule of thumb.

15FAQ
Questions, answered.
Something we haven’t covered? An energy expert can walk you through it.
It depends on system size, roof complexity and whether you add storage. Most homes need 6 to 12 kW. After a site assessment we give you a fixed price with no obligation — the savings calculator above gives an early estimate.
Not always. Solar on its own reduces what you buy during the day. A battery stores the surplus for the evening and keeps essential circuits running in an outage. Where electricity prices change through the day, storage usually shortens payback.
A residential installation typically takes one to three days on site. Permits and grid approval add two to six weeks depending on your utility. Commercial projects are phased so your operations keep running.
Often, yes — if roof area and orientation allow. We size every system against twelve months of your consumption data. Where the roof is the limit, storage and Energy OS move what you generate to the hours you need it most.
Grid-tied systems without storage shut down for safety. With a SOLARA battery, your home disconnects from the grid in under 20 milliseconds and keeps running on stored and solar energy until power returns.
Our LFP storage is designed for more than 10,000 cycles — over 15 years of daily use — and carries a 10-year warranty. Energy OS manages charge levels to slow cell ageing.
Yes. We design and deliver rooftop, carport and ground-mount systems from 100 kW to utility scale, with storage for peak shaving and backup. Every project has a dedicated engineering lead and ongoing performance monitoring.
